Interfaith Week

It's only the first day and it has been as busy one...

We started the day taste testing African food, but we've got lots to tell you about that so we'll save it for another blog.

This afternoon we joined Martin and we learnt how to play African Drums.
We learnt the basics; how to make 3 different sounds with the drums!
We used call and response to communicate with one another and tried our hands at some rhythms.

Check out our video...not bad for a 30 minute session!

Tomorrow we're off to the Islamic Centre...Check back soon to find out more about our activities this week!
